The office also deals with all documentation of the claims procedures, both out-of-court and/or judicial proceedings.

 
 

The general procedure for the claims management involves various steps to minimize the duties on the client. This management is guaranteed by our Claims Manager and concerns the whole process from the complaint until the complete definition of the claim, by verifying the exact fulfilment of the obligations deriving from the policies, which are attributed to the Companies.
